About DepenDesk
Built by people who lived the problem
We are K-12 IT professionals who spent years facing the same questions day after day: account questions, projector troubleshooting, printer issues, Wi-Fi problems. The list goes on and on.
The idea was simple. An AI assistant that already understands common IT support topics could handle most of these questions. And for district-specific issues, it could search your own documentation to deliver precise answers. Staff get help instantly and IT teams get their time back.
We built this specifically for school districts. It understands K-12 workflows, integrates with tools districts already use, and respects the budget constraints that come with public education. This is a tool I wish we had and I can’t wait to share it with you.

What we believe
Principles that guide our product
District-first design
We built DepenDesk because it's the tool we wished we had. Every feature comes from real experience working IT in schools, solving the same problems you're dealing with today.
Your data stays yours
Each district's knowledge base and chat data is completely isolated. No cross-district data sharing, ever.
Augment, don't replace
DepenDesk handles the routine so your IT team can focus on the work that actually needs a human. It's a force multiplier, not a replacement.
Honest about limitations
When DepenDesk doesn't know the answer, it says so and escalates. No hallucinations, no guessing, no making things up.
